Uber courier refuses to deliver

I ordered an Uber courier to deliver my restaurant order on 04/12/2025 at 20:45 as MrD does not deliver to my area. The driver accepted the trip, went to the wrong adress, after which I provided guidance and then he refused to deliver my parcel "because it was getting late", I attempted to convince him otherwise as he already accepted the trip and was not too far from me, after which he said he won't deliver, I can report him, so you're just going to go eat the food I paid for by yourself and call it a night? I eventually canceled the trip after several attempts to call the driver back, after which i was charged a hefty cancelation/waiting fee. I've been in contact with Uber support through the chat feature, which only tells me I am not eligible for a fare review. A company as big as Uber and you cannot even admit to fault? Last time I will ever make use of your service, you're a bunch of *******.
