Uber courier never delivered

I booked an uber courier in Cape town to go fetch my neck pillow that i forgot at the bnb and i still had a lot of time at the airport. The scooter drive did go ick up the neck pillow but never arrived at the airport with my pillow. I wrote to Uber and they never followed my case up and I never got my neck pillow.
