Uber Courier Driver Stole My Client’s Wig – No Support or Accountability

As a small business owner, I rely on Uber Courier to deliver parcels to my clients efficiently and safely. Unfortunately, one of their drivers stole a client’s wig I sent using their service. This is not only a breach of trust but has also affected my business reputation and relationship with my client.

To make matters worse, trying to get help has been a nightmare. The support number simply redirects to the app, and in-app support has been completely unresponsive. There’s been no accountability, no feedback, and no resolution.

It’s incredibly disappointing that such a large platform offers zero protection or follow-up when their drivers are responsible for theft. I trusted Uber with my business, and they failed me.

Small businesses deserve better than this. I cannot recommend using Uber Courier if you care about the safety of your deliveries.
