Uber - Continius deductions from account

Hi have order some Food and now since last year October Uber start deduction money from my account that is not Authorized. I even cancelled my card and paid for a new card and still they deducting money from my account.

Kindly advise what is going on and how to cancel everything as no one gives me any answer.
