Uber consistent in leaving me stranded

<p>I ordered an uber ride. The driver did not pitch after 40 minutes. This is the second time in one week that this same situation occurred. He does not answer his phone. I was left stranded. The system on Uber allows you to cancel but you will be charged. I'm being **********. unprofessional .</p>
