Uber connect- Package not received

Kindly assist, I booked an Uber connect to pick up and deliver a parcel. The driver collected the parcel however he did not deliver it. He ended the trip and I was charged R264.00. I reported the matter on the Uber app under lost items, so that the could connect me with the driver. I was only given 2 attempts to call, the driver did not answer. I then escalated further and I was told that the driver was given my cell number and he will make contact with me. It’s been over 24 hours, I haven’t heard anything from the driver. I paid for a service which was not rendered therefore I’d like Hello Peter to assist me in finding the drive . He has to tell me what happened to my parcel. The drivers name is Vongani Basil.
