Uber connect driver doesn't do job, than they still take your money they don't have decency to refund you.

i ordered an uber connect,, put a a very expensive item in package, driver lost it half way, he never even canceled my trip paid almost double for the trip, been trying to contact center more than 100 times got my number twice right only and still says account doesn't exist, messaged them through app, they say if i think driver has parcel i must make a case, what don't they understand the driver lost the item, he should have ended the trip half way anyway, they don't want to charge me original price or even refund for the trip, they saying i must pay for a delivery job what didn't even happen. They have no customer service they just quick to take your money uber connect and if driver doesn't even do the trip they still have a cheek to charge you, uber connect, uber worst customer service compony ever. *******
