Uber condoning drivers to ***** customers items.

The driver drove off with my box of items valued at R2500, I then asked Uber for help but they were not helpful. Driver **** and said he dropped off my items, Uber fails to call me to confirm if my goods were dropped off. I then ask Uber to block the driver until he sends my stuff. Uber says they can't do anything. So they are basically condoning drivers to ***** customers goods with no repercussion. Very disappointed in the customer service.
