Uber completely out of contact

It is impossible to contact uber. there is no email address, not telephone number.

we have an issue that uber dirvers are wrecking my neighbourhood, ****ing in the street and leaving trash everywhere. we have no recourse to anybody and nobidy holds these assholes accountable.
