Uber complaint still waiting on refund

I’ve requested a trip and it was a card payment money was taken out of my account at the end of the trip for some reason the trip was higher and they took the increased amount as well not returning the old amount I’ve logged a support ticket they said it will be refunded back to me my account but up until today still nothing has happened please can someone sort this out for me very poor service
