UBER COMPLAINT

Hi there, I am very angry at the manner in which UBER conducts their billing service, their drivers are great, when you can get one, but I pay with my debit card every time and I tip every time, but lately, they have been trying to bill me twice for every trip saying insufficient funds, when there plenty of funds for each trip, and they never respond to a complaint or help request The service is vital to people like me who can't drive anymore BUT DO THEY HAVE TRY AND RIP ME OFF FOR EVERY ******* TRIP.
