Uber complaint-bad service

Extremely rude driver, not the first time either, threatening to put me out of the car, even though the previous driver was 20 minutes late. The service is getting worse, yet instead of addressing the concern they have blocked me so now I can't get to work uing the service which I pay alot of money for. I've sent messages yet the reply I keep getting is someone will get back to me, yet I'm still being penalized because their drivers have no manners or customer service. Where is the service that we are paying for?
