Uber complain

I'm an uber customer /user and I'm very disappointed in the service in regards to the amounts the we get charged for being stuck in traffic when its not my fault or the drivers Fault but, every time my trip gives me a fare im supposed to pay like say its a R30 and we encounter traffic and get stuck for over 20min, the amount doubles at the end of the trip and I'm now expected to pay R60 that I did not budget for and do not have with me. After that experience I've been considering to delete my uber account and make other means, I rather get stuck in traffic with a taxi than to get sruck with uber that holds me accountable for the traffic. I'm extremely disappointed after 2 similar experiences from uber about the double charge after traffic. With 3 family members having experience the same issues, we all are furious and are ready to refrain from doing business with uber. And believe it or not, if theres no resolution to this, we will spread the word and not allow uber services in some areas where there are common issues like mine, till resolved.
