Uber cleaning ****

Watch out, Uber South Africa has got a new trick up there sleeve. The driver (Patrick) take the car (Volkswagen Polo) for a clean after your trip and charge it on your account from R48 to R508 and when you query this concern with Uber they send you photos of a mess that is not related to your trip. After numerous attempts of trying to explain to Uber that the mess was not caused by me, they simple say that they are unable to refund my money because the cleaning was completed and ignore your emails from there on. There is literally nothing you can do about this.
