Uber chronic poor service

Where is the rating of 0?

Why does uber always deduct money from my account for trips that never happened. I am digusted at this point because uber takes money from me and never returns it. You claim that it is an authorization hold. I am still waiting for the cancellation fee owed to me as well as money taken from my account for a trip that did not happen. Can uber please deduct money from our accounts for completed trips. Not trips that you think will happen or ghost trips.

This app is now useless for me.
