Uber charging fees for driver and app errors

<p>Curious to know why uber would charge me a trip cancellation fee when there is a fault with the app, or the driver cancels the trip. Will most certainly be using an alternative in the future. Have been spending a lot of money on uber in the past few months. Wondering how much money they have been.*****ing from.me when I was not paying attention.</p>
