Uber charging extra when we order a car using family profile

<p>Uber keeps charging me R188 prior to us ordering a car while using the family profile and there is no way for me to contact anybody!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just day light theft.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
