Uber Charging 1.3 x their normal rate

Good Day, <br> <br> On Saturday night, we were at ultra fest and used UBER on the way to Nasrec, which was fine.<br> <br> The problem first came in that it took almost an hour to get an UBER cab, yes I understand that you were busy, but then when I read the statement on Sunday, i saw that you charged a high usage surcharge fee.<br> <br> Nowhere was I notified that there would be an increase in Tariffs for Saturday night, and i do not think that it is fair, that you charged more, but the service quality was less than what is expected from an UBER client.<br> <br> Please can someone address the issue of the surcharge increase?
