Uber charges for non-Existing Toll fees

I took an Uber ride on 20 Jan from Salt Rock to Durban, going through O’Thongati Toll which dis not charge since the April 2022 floods. However Uber charged me R13. Small amount but the principle stands. I requested a pay back but Uber insists that they had to pay toll fees.
