Uber charges double and doesn’t refund

I requested a driver for a trip at 3:09PM then at 3:10PM Uber deducted R126 from my account. They deducted the same amount at 3:11PM. Then I immediately cancelled it, the driver was still far from the pick up address. At 3:13PM Uber reverses R126 once. So they still owe me R126. I complained, sent the screenshot of the deductions but the Uber person is turning around circles and asking me to send the screenshot again and again mind you I sent it to them 5 times. This is *****ing I want my R126 BAC****!
