Uber Charges but do not Turn Up

Recently I had two Rides not turning up and the Fees was deducted from my account There first one was on the 29 January 10.45 and this was at the Phoenix Plaza in Durban cost was R55.00 and second 16.02.22 at 10.15 from Pretorius Road , Vorna Valley, Midrand, Johannesburg and the cost was R42.00 On Both occassion I tried calling the driver but the call do not go through How can I be assisted as I find to email for Customer Services Please can Uber Call me ***
