Uber charged me for two rides that THEY cancelled and I can't get my money back! I tried to book a ride on 25th December It was cancelled by Uber, but the money was deducted from my account. This happened twice in quick succession. I have contacted Uber and I just keep getting the same response from Ali. Uber owes me R400 it's been a month now since I was advised that money will be returned to my account I've submitted everything they required
