Uber charged me for a trip I didn't take and doesn't want to give me my money back

I requested a trip on 25 April. Need up canceling the trip since I saw it was going to take too long to wait. The money was deducted from my account and it never got returned. Uber keeps sending me generic messages back when I ask. They keep saying they didn't deduct the money when it very much is gone from my bank. Every time I ask I get the same response. I just want my money back.
