Uber charge whilst I’m home

Last night at around 22h30 my card was used for an uber ride whilst I was home. I sent an email via the app but I still have no response - I want to know where this trip took place , under whose profile. I can provide the card number as I did under the email

The first six digits of the card are 457896 and the last four are 7846. I need this information expeditiously.
