Uber Cash Failure

I added funds on my uber wallet (which I usually do every month), my bank account was debited and no uber funds are on my wallet. It’s been more that 2 hours. I thought that my bank did not approve so I made another payment, the same thing happened. Still no funds on my wallet. I called my bank and they advised they are not able to assist, I would need to call Uber. I tried calling Uber and their contact number is not working. I tried reaching out through the help centre on the uber app and the only response I got was to check with my bank.

How do I check with my bank when it has already debited twice. R1800 is hanging God knows where! I need my money now!!
