Uber Card Payment Problem

My wife and I share a card for Uber and we have been using this for 1.5+ years and spend thousands ok Uber each month and yesterday they decided yesterday that the card is a invalid payment even though it was used yesterday and have not heard from them and won't let me re add the card have tried all the hacks suggested by users on Google and nothing has worked and still no word from Uber. Guess they don't want my cash anymore. Pathetic service will definitely not be using them anymore.
