Uber car cause accident-no feedback on their insurance or owner of car-You are paying the price caused by Uber!!

Make sure an Uber car do not bump into your car while standing still in peak traffic waiting for traffic light!

First-there is NO telephone number you can call for assistance or information.

Secondly- after spending hours on the internet to get some form of contact information for Uber-Pretoria (SA), we were called by someone from Paris, France, who told us that we need to ask the police in South Africa to phone them in Paris. REALLY!!to inoummunicate via Facebook messenger.

I managed to lodge a complaint on the SA website and Uber Facebook link. They communicated back via Facebook Messenger

As requested I send all the info they wanted: details of the Uber driver, the car, police case number plus photos. It is more than 3 weeks now-NO solution NO feedback! All I want to know is who is the owner of the Uber car and it's Insurance company. Bottom line, if an Uber car bumps into your car or causing an accident-good luck, you will be paying the damages!!
