Uber Cape Town Pathetic Service

I just had the most horrible trip ever. Firstly the arrival ETA says 3 min. I see how the driver drove past my turn off and went way further then he had to. I messaged him and said you drove past. His response was ok cool. I explained to him to turn around and how to get to me. It was simple instruction where it was just a left and a right. He still couldn't get to me. After 15 min he got to me where as the initial arrival time was 3 minutes. I have screenshots of all this. When he got to me the driver did not even have his phone opened to drive me to my location. I had to explain to him how to drive almost missing multiple turn offs. I dont know if he has his license for 5 minutes only or for 5 seconds. He can not drive to save his life. There will be no cars infront of us and the moment a car comes past us he brakes. When he pulls away its like his fighting with the steering wheel to keep it straight as the car pulls to the side. I was charged R209 for this trip. When i viewed my receipt, It said R99. The drivers name is Simba. If this is the service i will be getting from uber i will no longer use this and il make sure i tell all my acquaintances about this. I use this app on a regular basis and this was i highly disappointing experience for me. I hope uber SA will do something regarding this driver
