UBER ******* - Cape Town

Firstly forgot about the star rating because this is the only way I could express myself and what happened to me (and thousands of other innocent people) On Sunday 5 November 2023 an amount of R601.02 was deducted from my FNB account by "Uber *trip Help.uber" I had to cancel my card and pay for a new card which is now way over R700 in total. I NEVER had or will have an account by UBER and would strongly recommend if you do, to immediately remove or disable the app. They are a bunch of *******, I don't care who did it, but will make it my duty to warn all the innocent people out there to be extremely careful what is going on around us. I put in diesel at a garage in Durbanville, an hour or so later I got a SMS that UBER used my details and paid for a trip. After blocking and canceling my card, the effort went on for 3 more attempts! This was the SMS I've got Dear valued customer • FNB:-) R601.02 reserved for purchase @ Uber *trip Help.uber from ***** ****** a/c..****** using card..*****. 0 5Nov 13:59 So, good luck to the *******s who stole my money and what goes around, comes around!
