UBER cabs! you Double charging! Good for nothing!

I've been using Uber services for years. At all time I expect reliability and honesty. Today it all changed when suddenly I was asked for "verification" in order to get a trip.

I had to reach my destination urgently so I hurried along and entered my bank details for the sake of "verification!"

I proceeded with the trip then suddenly the driver tells me that it's the end of the trip and he only uses cards. That's the words he said. Thereafter I told him that I'd rather pay cash, he agreed, so I proceeded to do so.

A few hours later I check my bank account only to find that R98 has been charged WITHOUT my consent. I am extremely disappointed because of how things have turned out today. I have other obligations for my money.

PLEASE fix this urgently. I don't know whether the driver ****med me or Uber has some technical issues. I look forward to your prompt response.
