Uber Black driver cannot be trusted

I recently booked a uber black nogals to drive me home , the drive was ok , however the app is very unfriendly and difficult to navigate , especially if you need to contact a driver again after the trip. Either the number is not available or you need to contact through the app, but that is non existend . My cell phone fell out of my pocket , unbeknown to me and it was in the car. I tried to stop the driver but he just kept on driving . I manage to track my phone and can see where my phone is , but how do you contact the driver again, the phone was immediately switched off , so in essence it was ****** , I dont trust any of the drivers again and certainly will not make use of them in future. even trying to contact uber helpdesk is difficult and of no help . If I could have given a zero it will be to much. BOAS the driver of the white Audi residing in houtbay area , may you be called upon to explain
