UBER BECOMING JUST AS *******

I am a loyal customer with uber and was always impressed with the service that I received from some of the drivers. But all of a sudden in the past few months it become a nightmare... If the rates is not sky high right from the beginning when you request a ride - then I will book the lowest rate - which I can afford and which I have always used - then after the ride is over and you get off at your drop-off point - you will receive a message or email notifying you that the charges has doubled-up. Then the rate that was originally reserved on your bank account will be reversed and the more expensive rate will be put through. I see this as *****ing and dishonesty.
