UBER becoming a '********' organisation

NEVER USE/ GIVE YOU CARD DETAILS TO UBER: NO driver will pick up the trip; you will cancel and order a Bolt rather....BUT THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT!!...whether it's the full trip or a cancellation....THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AS THEY PLEASE. Now I must go to the bank and sit in q's to have the charges reversed. Uber has 7 days to dispute it; and the bank must then give the money back to them (after reversing it); and you must take it up directly with Uber - TRY GET HOLD OF THEM VIA EMAIL/ ANY OTHER METHOD....YOU CAN'T!!!!!!!!! Use Bolt people.....Uber is becoming more ridiculous by the day....this has happened about 5 times to me!!. PAY CASH...NEVER USE YOUR CARD DETAILS WITH UBER!!!
