Uber bad service

I am a regular uber client , my last uber ride the driver delivered really poor service , crossing red robots and involved in a small accident.. I was very disappointed as I always thought high of uber and their services till my life was put in danger ! I contacted uber and they called me to hear the full story and I told them , they then agreed to call the driver and hear his side of the story and said they would get back to me , I am still waiting for them to get back to me
