Uber bad service

I have been using uber since 5 January 2024 on a daily basis. I had bad experiences driver charge extra drivers cancel the trip after they pick you up then uber send another driver then you have to cancel and you get charged. I request a trip with stops and paid for this whole trip but after first stop driver leaves and he did not wait 2 minutes.Driver accept your ride but he us 17 minutes away he make you wait the whole 17 minutes and then they cancel the trip without showing up.The problem is you complain on uber app but they do not get back to you
