Uber - Bad attitude

I booked an Uber earlier today from Pretoria to Johannesburg. The driver got stuck on the highway without petrol. I refused to pay for the two kilometers we managed to drive, had to book another service at a more expensive rate, didn't make my appointment in time and got verbally abused by the Uber driver. Overall very bad experience. I will rather use my usual taxi service for transfers. This was my second Uber booking in South Africa and it will be my last.
