Uber aweful

<p> Ordered an uber ride. Est arrival time 5 min. This time changed to 3 min then 5 min for 45 min and no vehicle arrived. I called the driver 3 times there wss no response. I tried cancelling because the driver wss a no show. I was charged for cancelling. Its more than an hour and the vehicle hss not arrived. The driver does not answer his calls ans I am stranded and have to pay a no show dri ver and find another way home</p>
