Uber are legal *******

After requesting for a refund multiple times because of Uber overcharging me for their poor route system, every trip after work, they message me that they will no longer refund me because my account has requested too many times and if i do request for a refund they will deactivate my account, I've told the support about the problem multiple times, but an 70% of the time they send an automated response.and even the Uber drivers agreed with me about Ubers poor route system some even use a different GPS app/service. because others get low reviews due to wrong route
