Uber are ******* & allow their drivers to exploit the public

Let me start by saying that I use Uber and Uber connect for my business daily and therefore I'm confident that in all the time I have been using Uber I know their processes and quirks. In the last while I have sadly come to realise that Uber allows their drivers to exploit us without recourse as well as glitches they allow in their system also to our disadvantage allows them to ***** money from our bank accounts. In the process of trying to resolve these issues you become so frustrated with dealing with Bots that you eventually give up in fear that you might become insane explaining your complaint a million times to each new individual you have deal with because they close your query every blinking day without confirmation from you to do so. On the 29th January 2024 I had 4 Uber connect trips running simultaneously and to do with their so called "authorisation holds" and "voids", to date & on 2 separate trips I am still owed R31 and R145 respectively. Uber acknowledged on the R31 trip that it was an error on the drivers application and refunded me a R20. The other R145 they just keep feeding me their Bot messages without hearing any of my messages and/or proof from my bank statements sent to them every day for a whole month without any recourse. Then last week an Uber driver arrived one street away from the required destination. Sat there for 10 minutes ignoring my messages querying where he was and then called me to say that I must cancel the trip. I was then liable for R20. When I again requested the trip the very same driver accepted it. Uber refused to refund my R20 & refused any proof that their driver was being devious
