Wow, can't even believe need to write this after seeing how pathetic they are rater. Well then maybe just as a warning to the public. PLEASE be vigilant when using Uber, make sure you and your friends remind each other to check if you have all your belongings. Lost my phone 5 days ago, logged multiple tickets, followed them on X, NO REPLY. They are ******* these people. The only way of communicating with them is through the app.
