Uber are ******

Im so disappointed at the service I received from uber I requested a ride from checkstar to home on Friday 23/01/26 and the ride costed me R45, the driver dropped me at home since I had to many groceries I didn't check if the driver ended the trip or not, to my suprise the following day the trip billed me R322 and it started I was dropped off in South beach, I didn't add any stop to South beach however uber is refusing to refund my my money as I didn't take the trip to South beach and I didn't add any stop to another destination
