UBER APP HACKED

So unhappy with UBER, I have not used UBER for a month and my account on the app was Hacked and I FEAR this is a inside JOB! As a ride was requested from my banking details and ride was requested in Johannesburg and best part is I live in Cape Town! Contact Uber on Facebook to log this and they say they can't find my information i said I was hacked and definitely not adding my details in the app again never heard from Uber ever since.
