Uber App

I took the Uber this morning and was charged R25.90 for my ride, so when the driver dropped me off I was overcharged because he didn't end the trip and Uber charged me R175.60 because he didn't end the trip. I asked for help on the Uber app and they responded back saying unfortunately they can't help me and took it has a poor route was used. It's absolutely frustrating that I am being charged for someone else's issue and because the driver didn't end the trip on his side.
