Uber and Uber eats.. disgusted

I am absolutely disgusted with Uber and Uber eats. I was up in Jhb for my brother's funeral and used Uber once for a short trip. After that huge amounts started coming off my ***, 599 x2, Uber eats in parktown etc on 22nf and 23rd sept. The 22 read my bothers funeral and the 23rd I was driving back to Durban. I reported this and they are insisting these are authorised hold BUT I DID BIT REQUEST THESE RIDES OR UBER EATS. THEIR RESPONSE. WE CAN'T HELP AND FURTHERMORE WE WILL NOT ENGAGE IN THIS CONVERSATION ANYMORE. I mean have you ever. I cannot afford to pay my debit orders. The beach was from their site and they will not help me get my money back. They are just not listening to the fact I DID NOT USE THEM
