Uber and Tygervalley mall please be careful

On sunday the 4 Oct I went to @Tygervalley Shop Centre when I was done shopping I arranged my uber to pick me up at the pick n pay entrance. When my uner arrived he opened the boot and the door while sitting in the vehicle. When i we're done packing my belongings in the boot i climbed in the car and greeted him the next moment a vehicle parked us in, so he was un able to leave there was 3 guys in the vehicle were to climbed out one stand in front of the uber driver door and the other one beside it with a reflector jacket. They said something to him and then they said he must climb out i started to ask what is going on and jumped out of the vehclicle still asking what is wrong they did not answer and still said the driver must clim out. I started to call for help and got my partner on the line , I sae the security just standing against the wall and called he did not response so i went but closer keeping eye at the uber vehcile then he came to me were i asked just helpbme get my stuuf out of the car while they still busy with the driver i got my things out and in trolley i run in side the mall when i turned around i see the one guy jumbed on the front passenger side and the uber driver in the frobt and other guy on back seat and then they drove off. I reported this matter to the mall and Uber. They contacted me and apologize for what i went through i ask them if they can contact the driver to find out what happened still no feedback?? My head is all the question was they part off human trafficking or qanted just to hijack us? Etc also the mall contacted me and advise they have a meeting with the police taxi ass and the main security. If i did not responded as fast as I did what could have happened this all literly happend within 2 minutes. So my question is what was the reason ?
