Uber and their terrible service

A few months ago i forgot an item in one of their cars and tried to get ahold of the driver and instead was confronted attitude since then(4 months ago)my medication was said have to been taken pta office out of spite because 1stly both him and i live in jhb and there is a sandton office....

A month driver was called for a delivery,there were keys that were in orange grove that needed to grt to malvern ...i requested and she decided to park a street away and order me to come to her because she feels unsafe,she eventually decided to leave with my keys and block my number and those were the only keys i had to the house....had to break the door

I called the call centre and was told to go ask to sleep at a police station or hospital and they will call me ,since then its been 2 months

These are just 2 incidents of many i have chosen to leave out .
