UBER AND THEIR ******* DRIVERS

On the 29th Oct 2021 I requested an Uber and was charged R34 got to my destination and paid using R50 when he was supposed to give me change he said he didnt have and because I could tell he was i a rush to somewhere even by the way he was driving I ask Mlungisi to pass credits on the app, to date he has still not done so, I have tried getting hold of him on the app, he rejects my calls, I have tried lodging a query under the fees and charges tab and twice it said to me they will get back to me to date no ones has reached out, the service rendered by Uber South Africa is appalling to say the least. most of the drivers I have encountered are rude and obnoxious, speed through trips because of greed and after this guy im convinced some are *******. I WANT MY CHANGE OR MY CREDITS MLUNGISI!!!!!!
