Uber and their drivers are ****MERS!!!

Good day. Uber and it's drivers are ****MERS. Nothing was done via the app. I had to come here.

I drove with a George on 28 April 2025 arriving at 15:04.

I booked the ride for R108. When you don't get there on time, the price pushes up. I asked George "Do you always drive so slow"? He tells me he's following the speed limit, which was a LIE. I'm a licensed driver and GEORGE was driving below the speed limit, especially where there is no speed limit, I told him the price goes up when you don't arrive on time. My trip ended up costing R132, from R108. I told George he can put the remaining amount in my Uber wallet, which supposed to be R24 credit. George took the R108 and said I didn't pay an entire R131????? When I'm supposed to have R24 credit ONLY!!!!! Now ON THE APP ya'll saying I must pay another R131 After I paid the booking amount of R108 AFTER GEORGE ****????!!!!!

I CAN'T DELETE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF R131 AND I DID PAY R108. THAT R24 CREDIT IS GEORGE'S FAULT BECAUSE THAT ***** drags a ride to get more cash???????

Check your drivers!!!!

UBER DRIVERS ARE ALWAYS DROPPING CLIENTS AFTER THE ARRIVAL TIME TO GET MORE MONEY.

It's not the first time these drivers keep a certain speed to get more money out of the passengers. I'm done with Uber and I'm NOT the only one. We are warning everyone not to take Uber. Bye.
