Uber and their disgusting customer service!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Had a trip last night and my phone was left in the car. Trying to contact Uber to report it left/****** is a nightmare and still have not received any response!!! How does Uber think this is acceptable??? How can you you treat your customers like this???? WORST SERVICE EVER
