Uber and its drivers are pathetic

My iPhone 15 Pro Max (grey) has been S T O L E N in Sunnyside, Pretoria South Africa. It was grabbed from my hands by our piece of S H I T Uber driver on 23 March 2025. The driver goes by the name Phuti, he cancelled our ride yet he still picked us up. He grabbed the phone from my hands and sped off which was caught on the Guesthouses' security footage. WE HAVE REPORTED THIS TO UBER, WE HAVE TRIED PHONING AND REPORTING IT THROUGH THE APP WITH NO HELP. Even true caller has over a hundred comments on what a C R I M I N A L this guy is

How can Uber allow this ? How is a P O E S like this still allowed to pick people up ? How is Uber then even supposed to be safe ?
